Welcome to the Vermont Chapter!


The Vermont Chapter of the New England Professional Golfers' Association of America, Inc. was established in 1965.  It was incorporated into a Charter Member of the New England PGA in 1982, where it continues to thrive.


The Vermont Chapter is directed by a five member Executive Committee, and stages over 25 events each year for Vermont PGA Professionanls, amateurs and junior golfers.  In addition to weekly Pro-Am events, the Chapter hosts the Vermont Professional Stroke Play Championship and the Vermont Professional Match Play Championship.


Over 90 PGA Professionals and Apprentices comprise the Vermont PGA membership, and are responsible for directing the activities at 34 PGA recognized facilities throughout the state.


Vermont National and Tater Hill Finish Strong in Final Pro-Am of the Season

Okemo Valley Pro-Am October 3, 2018

The Vermont National team used 9 birdies to take home first gross on Wednesday finishing up with an outstanding 54 points (stableford format). The Keene CC team led by Barry Pearson and the Country Club of Vermont Team led by David Bennett ended in second and third with 48 and 45 points respectively.The Tater Hill team won the net division with a total of 70 points. C.J. Konkowski won the individual professional division with 38 points. David Bennett and David Jankowski tied for second both ending with 37 points. Roger King's fourth place finish (36 points) was good enough to lock up the Vermont Chapter player of the year honors holding off a late season charge by David Jankowski. Congratulations Roger! Slayton and Horton Take Final Vermont Major of the Year

Pro-Pro Country Club of Vermont September 24, 2018

Michael Slayton and Sue Horton used five birdies to lock up the final Vermont major of the year Monday at the Country Club of Vermont shooting a round of three under 69 (best ball format). The teams of David Jankowski/Josh Olney and John Goodchild/John Paul tied for second place both ending with scores of 71. A very special thanks goes to Golf Value Book and Five Star Golf Cars&Utility Vehicles for sponsoring the event and making it a great experience for everyone.
