Sandy Cross, Chief People Officer at the PGA of America

As Chief People Officer of the PGA of America, Cross leads organizational development and advances a culture of inclusion internally and across the golf industry. She has transformed the PGA to a values-based, people-centric culture by instituting shared values at every stage of the employee experience. She launched and continues to lead a strategy that embeds inclusion and diversity throughout all lines of the business, enabling the association to better capitalize on its mission to serve its members and grow participation in golf.

Branch is the founder and CEO of The Boss Up Agency, which assists entrepreneurs in prioritizing their mental health and well-being through carefully curated events, programming, and 1:1 coaching. In August 2020, she took a leap of faith and launched her social media agency, aiming to help small businesses organically grow their brands with an innovative and community-first approach. During this time, she amassed an 80k following on TikTok by sharing her journey as a new entrepreneur and collaborated with reputable brands such as WeWork, Adobe, and Quickbooks. Schulman has a passion for mentoring women in sports and media and is committed to helping women navigate the sports world. Most recently, Schulman led the launch of the new external branding, Women of NESN (WON). She is Executive Chair of NESN’s ERG group and held the title of VP for Women in Sports and Events (WISE) in Boston. Learn More

Broholm is the CEO of AHEAD, LLC, a Massachusetts-based headwear and apparel company that provides product to green grass golf shops, resorts, and professional golf tournaments nationwide. Broholm is one of few female senior executives in the golf industry. She came to AHEAD with over 25 years of progressive management experience in the apparel industry with companies including Ocean Pacific, Liz Claiborne, and Imperial Headwear and is active on numerous boards in both the golf industry and the New Bedford area. Prior to being named CEO of AHEAD in 2012, Broholm was Vice President of the Golf Division of Cutter & Buck, a Seattle-based apparel company. Learn More

Mayor Melinda E. Barrett is a 3^rd generation Haverhill resident, and she proudly serves the City of Haverhill as the first woman mayor in the city’s 300-year history. Prior to her election as mayor, she served on the Haverhill City Council for 10 years, becoming the first woman City Council president in 2020. Her small business and City Council experience, combined with her deep roots in the city, make her uniquely qualified to lead Haverhill.
