PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) is the flagship military program of PGA REACH New England, the charitable foundation of the New England Section.
PGA HOPE introduces golf to veterans with disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Participants of PGA HOPE New England program include military Veterans living with physical and cognitive challenges such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post -Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
PGA HOPE New England is proud to host (21) locations across New England, with programs starting in May and continuing through October annually.
Our successful, 9-hole social playing opportunity for our veterans continues in 2024.
The goal, bring together golfers along with their non-golfing brothers or sisters from all branches of the armed forces that want to learn or play in a relaxed atmosphere, where the focus is camaraderie.

PGA REACH New England is excited to collaborate with our neighboring Sections - the Connecticut and Northeastern New York PGA for the Second Annual, Northeast HOPE Invitational.
With the support of our friends from the ES Veterans Association, our three Sections will join resources and passion for PGA HOPE and bring together (36) invited Veterans and PGA Professionals for an afternoon of camaraderie, competition, celebration and appreciation for the great game of golf.

PGA REACH New England will organize and offer A Champion's Tribute, an afternoon instructional opportunity open to Active and Former Military, will follow day one of each Section major – the Seniors, the Section and the Assistant Professional Championship.
This unique event is designed to align our military heroes and NEPGA Professionals to network, socialize and be around the game with a clinic and putting competition.
Through this interaction and goodwill, our PGA Professionals will continually look for opportunities to give back to the local community.

Through Sets Fore Vets, your unused or gently used set of clubs can be put directly into the hands of a Veteran learning the game of golf!

HOPE-ing for Par in Life is a firsthand account of what PGA HOPE New England strives to accomplish, giving back to those that have sacrificed so much for us. During this 50-minutes, Veterans from each branch of the military, having served in World War II, to those who have recently returned home safely, share their stories through laughter and tears about what PGA HOPE New England means to them and their brothers and sisters.
