It is always a good day when we play our pro am at Bald Peak Colony. However playing in October you never know what the weather will be. It could sleet, rain, be cold, or be 80 degrees and sunny. That is what we got his year. The course is in great shape, the views stunning, and the greens as good as they get rolling around 12.5. Twenty six teams participated today. The team format was 1 BB Gross & 1 BB Net combined.

The pro contest saw Dan Kish of The Indoor Golf Club shot a 3 under 69 to best the field by 2 shots. POY points leader Jay Pollini of Ridgewood and Jason Malcolm of Nashua each shot 1 under 71 to tie for 2nd place. Cory Mansfield of Derryfield had an even par 72 to end up 4th by himself. Sam Cody of Stonebridge and Allison Mitzel of Laconia both had 73’s to tie for 5th place. Vince Molesky of Stonebridge, Brian Moskevich of Concord, and Mitch Jefferson of Rochester tied for 7th place with 74’s. Paul Tessier of Bald Peak came in with a 75 to round out the top ten.

The team contest saw the team from The Indoor Golf Club shoot 15 under best the field and take the top spot. Dan Kish led that team made up of Allison Wilkins. Kieran Altieri, and Matt Newton. The team from Rochester led by Mitch Jefferson shot 13 under to come in second place. His team consisted of Cody Stevens, Kevin Strong, and Josh Parker.

We would like to thank Paul Tessier and his staff at Bald Peak for a great day. We are very lucky to be able to play this event each year. Also than you to Fox Pest Control for being our partner today.

Next week the circuit plays at Abenaqui CC in the 2nd to last event of the season. On October 16 they play the final event at Laconia CC.

Sorry no pictures this week. I had my camera on the wrong setting and they came out black and white.
