BOYLSTON, Mass.- The Massachusetts Chapter gathered for their Fall Meeting and Pro-Pro at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club on Monday. The duo of Patrick Beahan and Bob Bruso took home the victory with their round of 6-under 66.


On a day where rain and winds made scoring very difficult, Beahan and Bruso, both representing Blackstone National, were able to overcome the elements. They recorded 7 birdies to go along with a single bogey. Their 7 birdies led the field for the day.

A pair of teams finished tied for second place at 4-under par. The Country Club’s Brendan Walsh and Brendan Mitchell in addition to Wollaston’s Jeff Martin and Belmont’s Matt Zdon.

During the Fall Meeting the Chapter celebrated it’s 2021 Award winners. Those PGA Professionals included:

Teacher of the Year: Jo-Anna Krupa, PGA (Winchester Country Club)
Youth Player Development Award: Seul-Ki Hawley, PGA (Belmont Country Club)
Merchandiser of the Year: Jeff Martin (Wollaston Golf Club)
Assistant Golf Professional of the Year: Ed Doherty, PGA (Black Rock Country Club)
Golf Professional of the Year: Steve Sheridan, PGA (Meadow Brook Golf Club)
