Birdies 2 Benefit is the signature fundraising initiative of New England PGA Professionals, benefiting Boston Children’s Hospital, Special Olympics Massachusetts, and PGA REACH New England. Since its inception, the event has united PGA Professionals, golf facilities, sponsors, and supporters from across New England to make a meaningful impact through the game of golf.

The fundraiser is coming off a record-breaking year in 2025, when 22 teams combined for 956 birdies and raised more than $247,000 for the three charitable organizations. The event also surpassed a major milestone, eclipsing $1.12 million raised since its launch.

As Birdies 2 Benefit enters its sixth year, participation is expected from more than 40 New England PGA facilities. Professionals will once again play 54 holes in one day, with supporters pledging donations for every birdie made to help raise funds for the event’s beneficiaries.

PGA REACH New England is proud to welcome Newforma as the Official Player’s Partner for the 2026 fundraiser. Their support will help further the mission of creating positive change through charitable giving.

“We could not provide the additional experiences that we have without the help and support everyone here brings,” said Sarah Sullivan, Vice President of Trust and Special Events at Boston Children’s Hospital. “All of you being here and fundraising over the past 5 years gives the children the benefits they deserve. It is so amazing and we’re so thankful for this event and all of the participants and supporters!”

PGA REACH New England would also like to thank Andover Country Club and the Cormier Family for once again hosting the event and supporting one of the premier charitable initiatives in the New England golf community.

Join us on August 10, 2026, as we celebrate the power of golf to make a difference and support three outstanding charitable organizations that continue to create a lasting impact throughout New England and beyond.
