BOYLSTON, Mass. – The New England PGA is excited to announce a new partnership with Dormie Workshop, one of the leading leather goods and headcover manufacturers in the golf industry.

DORMIE WORKSHOP CATALOG

Dormie Golf Workshop was created by PGA Canada members and brothers Jeff and Todd Bishop, with the intention of bringing fellow golfers really cool covers and allowing the customer to be involved in the process.  Known for creating unique custom designs, Dormie Workshop also specializes in green grass and corporate wholesale design and will look to expand their offerings into the New England region through this strategic partnership.

“Nova Scotia and New England have a rich history and are our best US neighbors for many reasons. Choosing the NEPGA as our first US section to partner with is a natural fit and we can’t wait to see what opportunities lie ahead!” said Todd Bishop, co-founder and owner of Dormie Workshop.

Dormie Workshop will be supporting the 2021 New England PGA ProAm Championship, featuring a custom headcover design provided to all competitors in the Championship.  Additionally, they will be putting up a $2,000 “Par 3” cash purse at the 101st NEPGA Championship, scheduled for August 30-September 1 at Worcester Country Club.  All competitors will be eligible and performance on the par 3’s during the first two rounds of the Championship will determine the winner.

“We are thrilled to partner with Dormie and begin to showcase their vast array of design capabilities, world-class quality and exceptional craftsmanship to our NEPGA Professionals.  We appreciate their support and commitment to PGA Professionals, during a global pandemic no less!” said Mike Higgins, Executive Director of the NEPGA.
