The perfect autumn day in the mountains and lakes of NH welcomed the NHPGA’s Pro Am to Bald Peak Colony Club in Moultonborough. With the view of the Castle in the Clouds looming in the background, the course proved to be a challenge as Joe Finemore from Portsmouth CC emerged as the top Professional of the day, carding a 2 over par 74. A 3 – way tie for 2nd saw host Paul Tessier of Bald Peak, Brett Smestad from Rochester CC and Jay Pollini of The Oaks just one shot back at 75. Abenaqui’s Jim Schouller took home the 5th spot with a 76.

Lewis Pattulo and his Nashua group including Jon Dyer, DJ Petropulos and Derek LeClair were next at 6 under par 138.

The players couldn’t say enough superlatives when discussing the condition of the course and overall beauty of Bald Peak and its surroundings. Thanks to Paul Tessier, PGA Head Professional, Kevin Klemenz, Superintendent, the Clubhouse crew for coordinating all of the box lunches and all of the staff for a great day. It is the highlight of the schedule for many of our Professionals and Amateurs.
