PLYMOUTH, Mass. – The NEAA Stroke Play event at Pinehills Golf Club produced a tightly contested leaderboard where consistency and discipline ultimately defined the outcome.

At the top of the field, a four-way tie at 3-over-par 75 set the tone for the day. Shamus Landers, Nolan Donze, Lee Flindall, and JJ Newcombe each posted matching rounds, navigating a demanding setup that offered little separation and required steady execution from start to finish. None of the four were able to gain ground on the field, as the course consistently rewarded caution and punished any lapse.

One shot behind, Jared Mscisz finished in solo fifth at 4-over 76, staying within reach of the leaders but was unable to generate the momentum needed to break into the tie.

In the next tier, Eric Flood and Massey Ventre matched 77s to share sixth place, further illustrating how closely packed the scoring remained across the field. In the end, Pinehills played as a controlled, demanding test where separation was minimal, and every position was earned through consistency rather than low scoring.

The four skins that were won came from standout individual efforts. Nolan Donze picked up the first skin on Hole 7 with a clean 2, while Nathaniel Chhim secured a solo skin on Hole 9 with a 3. Later in the round, Jake Meisner made his mark on Hole 15 by posting the only 2 on the card, and Eric Flood closed things out on Hole 17 with a lone 3 to claim the final skin of the day.

Thank you again to Head Golf Professional, John Tuffin, PGA and his team for a spectacular day of golf.
