Co Champions, Josh Lacasse and the Beaver Meadow Team

Eric Soderman of Hoodkroft CC and Josh Lacasse of Beaver Meadow captained their teams to a Co-Championship at the New Hampshire Chapter’s Pro-Lady Championship at Pembroke Pines CC this week. Soderman was joined by, Julianna Megan, Allison Wilkins and Karen McBarron while Lacasse teamed up with Beth Hamilton, Mindy Williams and Jennifer Kretovic. Both teams came in at a blistering 12 under par in the Best 2 Balls of 4 Gross format. Taylor Stout’s team from Nashua CC was next at -4 followed by the Eagle Mountain House crew led by Bob McGraw at -3.

On the 2 best Balls of 4 net side, Jay Pollini’s Team from the Oaks came in at 19 under par to take the top spot. He was joined by Diane Alexander, Aubri Keating and Melanie Burgess. Derryfield’s Ben Stone and his team of Jess Mahan, Janet Becker and Caroline Ciechon were next at -17. Eric Sandstrum’s Keene CC team followed at -13.

Pollini continued his great play, leading the Individual Professional competition with a 5 under par 67 padding his lead in the Player of the Year Points Race. Josh Lacasse was runner up with a 69. Tying for 3rd at 71 were Bill Andrews of Portsmouth CC and Eric Sandstrum of Keene CC.

The word of the day was “WOW” with all of the improvements happening at this facility, and what a beautiful new clubhouse. The transformation is incredible. Thanks also to the hard working events crew for a delicious lunch following play.
