Sky Meadow’s Jason Malcolm continued his stellar 2025 season by firing a 6 under par 66 to lead all Professionals at the New Hampshire Chapter of The New England PGA’s Pro Am at the beautiful Montcalm Golf Club. Malcolm’s bogey free round included 6 birdies, 3 per side for identical 33’s on the splits. The win opens up a little space between Malcolm and his nearest competitors in the Davis and Towle Insurance Player of the Year points race. Jeff Monteleone from Bellevue Golf Club in MA had the only other sub 70 round on the day, a 3 under 69. Dan Wilkins of Laconia CC, Billy Andrews of Portsmouth CC and Todd Rollins of The Ready Golf Center all tied for third at 70.

The shot of the day came from Hoodkroft Head Professional, Eric Soderman who aced the 2nd hole getting him off to a hot start.

Malcolm also led his Sky Meadow foursome to victory in the Pro Am Gross competition with a 10 under par 62. He was joined by teammates James Turner, Jeremy Cox, and Brian Gallagher. Andrews’ Portsmouth team and Monteleone’s Bellevue squad tied for second just one shot back.

Bailey Nangle from the Owl’s Nest Vineyard Course and his partners Sam Barnum, Gavin Brickley and Nick Varin came out victorious in the Team Net competion, with a score of 14 under par 58. Soderman’s Hoodkroft team was alone in second at 59 while Rollins’ Ready Golf Center group was third at 61.
