The NH Chapter of the NEPGA welcomed several teams from the neighboring Vermont Chapter to its Pro Am at Montcalm Golf Club this week, and what ensued was a log jam at the top of the leaderboard. Eight players finished within one stroke of the Low  Professional  honors. Dan Wilkins (Laconia CC), Danny Kish (The Indoor Golf Club), Vince Molesky (Apple Hill) and Patrick Pelletier (Crown Point, VT) all fired 2 under par 70’s to tie for first. Just one stroke back at 71 were Mitch Jefferson (Rochester CC), Curt Goldsberry (Quechee, VT), Dave Jankowski (Golf Garage, VT) and Chris Houston (Laconia CC).

Houston and his Laconia team snagged the win in the Pro Am Net competition, coming home with a 14 under par 58, good enough for a one-shot win over Ken Hamel’s Stonebridge entry. Houston got help from Billy Duggan, Steve Simmons and Tim French. Steve Lundquist and his ladies from Apple Hill took third at -12.
