HYANNISPORT, Mass- Battling brisk winds and cool temperatures off the Nantucket Sound, Zach Sweet and Gregg Richbourg of Cape Cod National Golf Club delivered an impressive performance to claim victory at the 2025 Hyannisport Club Pro-Pro with a bogey-free 4-under-par 63 on the modified par-67 layout.

FULL RESULTS

Sweet and Richbourg carded four birdies and were one of only two teams in the field to go bogey-free, which was no easy task in tough coastal conditions. Their front-nine 30 provided early momentum, and they maintained steady play on the back nine to edge out the competition by a single stroke.

Tied for second at 3-under 64 were Dave Einstein (Hyannisport Club) & Steven Daly (Dedham Country and Polo Club), and Frank Leja (The Club at New Seabury) & Tom Tobey (Sandwich Hollows Golf Club). Both teams played solid rounds, and were poised to tie for the victory before being bested in the second to last group.

Four teams tied for fourth at 1-under 66, including Greg Kelly (The Bay Club) & Brendon Ray (Point Judith CC), and Kevin Maynard (Sankaty Head GC) & David Brubaker (Boston Golf Club). Five even-par rounds of 67 rounded out the top ten.
