Jay Pollini (The Oaks) and Ricky Gray (Sky Meadow) both fired even-par 70’s to tie for Low Professional honors at the NH Chapter Pro-Lady Championship this week at Derryfield CC in Manchester. Pollini with his finish takes over the Davis and Towle Insurance Player of the Year points race which he won in 2024. Jack Beaulieu (Owl’s Nest) was 3rd with a 72, Host Professional Cory Mansfield was 4th at 73, while Eric Sandstrum (Keene CC) rounded out the top five with a 74.

Pollini also led his Oaks group to the Championship with 2 Best Ball Gross total of even-par 140. He got plenty of support from teammates Diane Alexander, Noel Soucy and Stephanie Snow. Mansfield’s home squad finished 2nd just 3 shots back followed by a 3-way tie for third between Beaulieu’s Owl’s Nest crew, Bill Andrew’s Portsmouth team and Trevor Moore’s Beaver Meadow former champions.

Matt Thibeault’s cross town Intervale Team took home the Low Net title with a 2 Best Ball total of 14-under par 126. Thibeault was joined by Johnna Lorry, Michelle Berthiaume and Katy Kalevitch. Kristy Gleason and her Kingswood team finished second at 128 while Chris Mowers Nippo Lake gang was next at 133.

Thanks to our Host Professionals Cory Mansfield, Ben Stone and the newest member of our Chapter Brendan Mulcahy who made his debut this week. Thanks to Superintendent Jeff Rader and his staff for the fabulous conditions. “The Moon” is in great shape. Also, thanks to our sponsor Brian Casey of Taylormade who provided golf balls for all of our participants and a Spider putter for a closest to the pin contest which was won by Kate Mason of Canterbury Woods. Brian and his daughter, Drew also doubled as our official photographers for the day.
Derryfield Assistant Professional Brendan Mulcahy Played his First Event Alongside his Team
After a week off, the NH Chapter will return to action with our Pro-Senior Championship hosted by Canterbury Woods on July 13th.
