LAS VEGAS – The Pro-Am teams from Turner Hill and Falmouth CC created some separation from the rest of the 46-team field on Tuesday as the New England PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am continued at TPC Las Vegas and Southern Highlands.

Turner Hill, Webb Heintzelman, PGA, shot the low round of the day with a team score of 22-under par 122 in the two best ball of five (two net) format at Southern Highlands. That performance has Turner Hill atop the leaderboard at -35 through two rounds, with 18 holes to play.

Falmouth CC, led by Shawn Warren, PGA, is one stoke behind Turner Hill overall ad 34-under par for the tournament. They shot 16-under par for a team score of 126 in the one gross, one net format at TPC Las Vegas on Tuesday. Four teams are tied for third in the tournament overall, five strokes behind the leaders at 30-under par overall.

Brendan Mitchell, PGA, and his team from The Country Club, were 20-under par on Tuesday at Southern Highlands, the second-best round of the day, while Gordon Swennes, PGA, led his Wentworth By The Sea team to a 19-under par round also at Southern Highlands.

The 54-hole tournament wraps up on Wednesday at Southern Highlands and Shadow Creek.

This great annual event is possible thanks to the support of NEPGA partners Avidia Bank, Five Star Golf Cars, E-Z GO, and Travis Mathew. A big thank you also goes to the host facilities, Shadow Creek, Southern Highlands and TPC Las Vegas for opening their doors to the NEPGA.
