New Durham, NH – The first week of PGA HOPE’s newest program, hosted by the Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club, began with enthusiasm and a strong sense of purpose, led by Director of Instruction Jason Sedan, PGA.

The PGA REACH New England recently announced New Durham as one of its newest HOPE program locations for the 2025 season.

Sedan, who has served as the club’s Director of Instruction since 2013, welcomed eight registered Veterans to the inaugural session. Sedan has also served as the Director of Instruction at Old Marsh Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL since 2022.

“PGA HOPE is my most looked forward to addition for 2025,” Sedan said. “Since being trained last fall, I have looked forward to the day I could work with a program. To be hosting a program at Lake Winnipeasukee Golf Club is truly an honor.”

Among the participants is Stephen Houten, who is enrolled in both the New Durham and Somersworth PGA HOPE programs. On Wednesdays, Houten receives instruction in the morning at The Oaks Golf Links and then travels to Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club to take part in the New Durham session later in the day.

“We’re proud to grow our HOPE community and are thrilled to welcome Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club and Jason Sedan to the PGA HOPE family,” Michael Packard, PGA, Director of the PGA REACH New England Foundation, said.

The NEPGA Foundation extends its sincere thanks to Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club and its membership for hosting PGA HOPE during the 2025 season.
