Welcome to the Vermont Chapter!

The Vermont Chapter of the New England Professional Golfers' Association of America, Inc. was established in 1965.  It was incorporated into a Charter Member of the New England PGA in 1982, where it continues to thrive.

The Vermont Chapter is directed by a five member Executive Committee, and stages over 25 events each year for Vermont PGA Professionanls, amateurs and junior golfers.  In addition to weekly Pro-Am events, the Chapter hosts the Vermont Professional Stroke Play Championship and the Vermont Professional Match Play Championship.

Over 90 PGA Professionals and Apprentices comprise the Vermont PGA membership, and are responsible for directing the activities at 34 PGA recognized facilities throughout the state.

A Little Bit of Everything in Waterbury

Country Club of Vermont Pro-Am

The weather was beautiful and the greens were slick. That seemed to be the common phrase uttered by the Vermont Chapter golf professionals after playing the Country Club of Vermont on Tuesday. This led to a wide variety in scores both in the team and individual competitions. The highlights included 54 total birdies including two eagles and an ACE.
